Experience

Engineering Intern at Applied Composites Los Alamitos | 1/2021 – 1/2022

  • Developed method and test procedure for verifying load cell zero values
  • Headed development & construction of prototype automated vertical storage system for completed composite flight panels with maximum size of 8ft x 20ft
    • Involved controlling Teknic ClearPath servos & pneumatic system through multiple microcontrollers & Linux computer
    • Created Human Machine Interface using Tkinter in Python

Bronco Space Club | 9/2021 – present

  • Leader of a high-altitude balloon satellite team: 9/2021 – 2/2022
    • Led team through design process, PDR and CDR stages
  • Member of hardware team for the University Rover Challenge project: 9/22 – present
    • Managing power system, battery systems, and data automation
